1 chemin du Vieux Moulin is a modern Charentais villa close to open countryside and vineyards. Situated on the outskirts of the village of St Simon de Pellouaille, the house offers spacious accommodation for up to six people in three large bedrooms (one double and two twins). There is a full complement of modern conveniences, including a washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave, television with DVD, and CD/radio with an iPod dock. There is a high chair for our younger guests. For those warm summer evenings, there is a gas barbecue and afterwards you can sit out on the patio with a glass of wine to watch the sun go down over the countryside. We also make the phone available to our guests. WiFi broadband is available to connect your laptop or smart phone to the internet, at no extra charge. For your entertainment, there is a television (French programmes only), DVD player, CD/Radio with an iPod dock and a standard 3.5mm auxiliary input socket to connect an MP3 player or other device (you will need to provide your own connecting lead), and a selection of CDs, DVDs, books and games. We regret the sound system does not have a cassette deck.    The house is fully double-glazed with modern PVCu windows and benefits from electric under-floor heating.
