Terms & Conditions Weekly Rental for 2012   2012     7 January - 23 June £250   30 June – 1 September £450   8 September – 29 December £250   Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, but we will consider long weekends or midweek breaks during the off-peak season.   We will hold a provisional booking for 7 days   A 10% non-refundable deposit is payable when you book, if more than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.   The balance and a £50 security deposit are payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Cancellations after this date are at the owners’ discretion.   We will send you the key and full directions two weeks before the start of your holiday. This means that you do not have to arrange to meet the keyholder in St Simon, so you can arrive at whatever time you find most convenient.   Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to take your own bed linen, towels etc. All bedding is standard UK sizes   The telephone is available for your use. At the end of your stay we will check the cost of calls you have made via the France Telecom website, send you a print out and deduct the cost of calls from your deposit. WiFi broadband is available subject to the conditions set out on our booking form.   We ask you to leave the house in the clean and tidy condition you would wish to find it in. On your return home, please return the key to us. Assuming all is well, we will then return your security deposit to you, less the cost of any phone calls.   Request a booking form
